But before cooking, let's find out first about several types of pasta.

There are numerous types of pasta, each with its own unique shape and texture. Here are some common types:

Spaghetti: Long, thin strands of pasta, typically served with tomato sauce or meat sauce.

Penne: Short, cylindrical pasta with angled ends, often used in baked dishes or with thick sauces.

Fusilli: Spiral-shaped pasta that holds sauces well, commonly used in salads and casseroles.

Farfalle: Bow-tie shaped pasta, great for holding creamy sauces or in pasta salads.

Linguine: Similar to spaghetti but slightly wider, often paired with seafood or pesto sauce.

Rigatoni: Short, wide tubes with ridges, ideal for hearty sauces or baked dishes.

Fettuccine: Flat, ribbon-like pasta, traditionally served with Alfredo sauce or other creamy sauces.

Orzo: Small, rice-shaped pasta, often used in soups or pilafs.

Ravioli: Square or round pockets of pasta filled with various ingredients like cheese, meat, or vegetables.

Tortellini: Ring-shaped pasta filled with meat, cheese, or vegetables, commonly served in broth or with sauce.

These are just a few examples, but pasta comes in countless shapes and sizes, each lending itself to different dishes and cooking techniques.

TUNA FISH SPAGHETTI

Ingredients :

1 can Tuna fish (250 grams)

500 grams spaghetti pasta

2 tbs lemon jus

50 grams of basil

3 cloves garlic (chopped)

1 onions (chopped)

1 tomatoes (diced)

2 tbs tomato sauce

3 tbs flour

2 tbs butter for saute

100 ml liquid milk

200 ml pasta cooking water

100 grams Cheese (grated)

spices:

1 tsp salt

1 tsp paper

1 tsp powdered stock

1 tsp oregano

1 tbs sugar

how to cook:

Boil spaghetti pasta until al dente, set aside.

Prepare a pan, heat the butter..saute the onion and garlic until fragrant .Add the tomatoes, add the flour...stir, then add the liquid milk and stir again. Add the spices, add the tuna fish add the pasta cooking water..stir, cook until slightly thickened..then finally add lemon juice and basil leaves.

Ready to serve, this recipe can serve 4 or 5 plates.
